With the Upper Echelon pre-order pack now available on Amazon, the retailer has also updated the box art for Splinter Cell: Blacklist. The Upper Echelon pack (which is only valid on Xbox 360 and PS3) includes the Gold Glowing Goggles, the Upper Echelon Suit, and the Aral Sea co-op Mission.
